Patric Hörnqvist 2015-16 Game worn throwback alternate jersey

Patric Hörnqvist was drafted dead last in the 2005 entry draft by the Nashville Predators. Eleven years later he’d bank a shot off the back of Nashville goaltender Pekka Rinne to win the Stanley Cup for the Pittsburgh Penguins! Pittsburgh had traded for Hornqvist in 2014-15, feeling that they needed a more physical presence in front of the net. They traded sniper James Neal in a move than fans initially bemoaned. It would pay off as Hörnqvist was the energy catalyst for a back to back cup run that net Pittsburgh it’s fourth and fifth world championships.

This jersey was worn for ten games during the 2015-16 season, in which Patric scored five goals and eight assists! The jersey is littered with wear, including five team repairs, several board burns, and other stick/puck marks. It is photo matched to several games during that span.
